Ordered the wrong product?
If you accidentally ordered an Oracle deck instead of a Tarot deck (or vice versa), or selected the wrong tier, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We'll do our best to help.
Cancellation requests
If you placed an order and want to cancel within the first few minutes, email us right away. Once production has started on a personalized deck, cancellations may not be possible since each deck is custom-made.
On the payment page, there are two clearly labeled options: "Full Deck – Digital" and "Printed Deck", each with a description explaining exactly what's included. Please review your selection carefully before purchasing.
