Editing your cards
After your deck is generated, you can review and edit individual cards on your order page. Click on any card you'd like to change, then select "Edit" to request modifications such as adjusting details, correcting features, or regenerating the image entirely.
If the page freezes or shows an error
We're aware that some users have experienced page freezes or system errors during the editing process. If this happens:
Try refreshing the page and attempting your edit again.
Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
If the problem persists, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a screenshot of the error — we'll make the edits for you.
Edit processing time
We process edit requests in order of arrival. If you've submitted multiple edit requests, please allow some time for each to be processed sequentially.
When contacting support about edits, please describe what you'd like changed on each card as clearly as possible — this helps us get it right the first time.
