Why some cards look different
Each card is created individually using AI, and occasionally some details — like ear shape, coat pattern, or facial features — may differ slightly from your pet's actual appearance.
How to fix it
Click on the card that needs correction on your order page.
Select "Edit" and describe what needs to change (e.g., "My dog's ears stick out sideways, not folded forward").
The card will be regenerated with your corrections.
If you're having trouble with the self-service editor, email us at [email protected] with your order number, the cards you'd like changed, and a reference photo. We'll handle the edits for you.
Uploading clear, well-lit photos of your pet from multiple angles helps the AI generate more accurate results.
