I can't find my deck or access my order

Troubleshooting steps if you cannot locate your order confirmation or deck.

Troubleshooting Order Access

If you are having trouble finding your deck, it is most often because the order was placed under a different email address than the one you are currently checking (e.g., due to browser auto-fill).

Steps to locate your order:

  1. Search your emails: Search all your email accounts for "Tails AI" to find your original confirmation email.

  2. Check the confirmation link: The confirmation email contains a direct link to your personal order page.

  3. Contact Support: If you still cannot find your order, email us with your order number, the name used on the order, and the email address you believe was used. We can help you locate and access your order page.
