I can't find my deck or access my order

The most frequent reason customers can't find their deck is that the order was placed under a different email address than the one they're checking. This often happens when your phone auto-fills a stored email address during checkout.

What to do

  • Check the confirmation email you received — it will contain a direct link to your order page.

  • Try searching all your email accounts for "Tails AI" to find the confirmation.

  • If you used the wrong email, contact us with your order number and we can update it.
